Unfortunately due to the tailor-made nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges unless an item is deemed faulty. In the event that your item is faulty, we may ask you to return this to us for investigation. Once the return has been received, we can action either a resolution which will be discussed with you.
Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, however in the event of a refund we would always refund any postage applicable from the original order for the returned item(s).
If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you are able to return these to us for a full refund. Please contact us in the event that you wish to do this.
Occasionally, parcels can get returned to us by Royal Mail if they have issues delivering your order. These can include;
- Address issues
- Not able to deliver
- Holding period exceeded at the delivery office
In the event that your order is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the address you would like this resent to. You then have 14 days to respond before your order is automatically refunded.
Once your returned items have been resent, you should receive tracking updates from Royal Mail via the email address provided on your order.
Please note that Monday & Thursday are the day in which returned orders are resent
